With all insurance companies one would expect to have to make numerous phone calls. HOWEVER, I have never had such lovely customer service. It did take a couple of weeks to sort out my claim however one would expect this.

Thanks to my sons wise efforts I agreed to insure my Nokia handset last year. I was sure it would be a waste of time but my handset fell into a pool of water last Sunday beyond repair. Its Friday and I now have my new handset > couldnt ask for anymore.
