I recently switched, originally I had my insurance through the phones4u shop (policy admin services)and they were were dreadful and very expensive to say the least, the phones4u staff even had the cheek to advise me to not use supercover when I phoned them to cancel my original insurance, i have since made a claim with supercover and they replaced my phone very quickly which i received this morning.
