Thanks to my sons wise efforts I agreed to insure my Nokia handset last year. I was sure it would be a waste of time but my handset fell into a pool of water last Sunday beyond repair. Its Friday and I now have my new handset > couldnt ask for anymore.

Very quick response, customer service and turnaround time. I will have no hesitation in renewing next time. Best to e mail as call waiting can take a while, and if you e mail, you have the same person dealing with you. Overall, an excellent service.
